This course is designed to provide an in-depth understanding or what Safety Leadership looks like in organizations that attain and sustain safety performance excellence. The course reviews the reasons that compel organizations to improve their safety performance and their culture. It also focuses on giving attendees a clear picture of their specific roles and responsibilities along with the Tenants of Safety Performance Excellence necessary to be integrated into an organization to facilitate substantial safety culture change.
