This course is designed specifically for organizations that desire to strive for a safety culture well beyond a world class level. The course explores the numerous tangible and intangible “organizational barriers” that can have a significant impact on organizational safety and health performance. These barriers usually have a profound effect on the overall safety culture but are rarely identified and successfully minimized.
