On-Site Safety Culture Assessment
National Safety Consultants conducts an on-site assessment to determine strength and

comprehensive random interviews of all management and employee levels, administration of a
safety climate survey, and a review of current safety management system components. The
next step is to review interview, safety climate survey, and safety management system

Assessment Time: The time necessary to conduct the assessment and develop the presentation to the
leadership team varies with the size of the organization. For most organizations, the interviews take
approximately two on-site days, the report generation takes one to two days off-site, and the presentation
to the leadership team requires two-hours on or off on-site.

Management of Safety 360 Degree Review
The National Safety Consultants Management of Safety 360 Degree Review is utilized by
