attain certification by ISO.

According to the National Safety Council in 2009, the cost of a single lost workday case

Management-Based Safety

Option 1- is National Safety Consultants administered:

  • Safety Climate Surveys administered off-site and analyzed by National Safety
    Consultants.    
  • On-site Current State Safety Culture Assessment interviews.
  • One-day Senior Management alignment training conducted by National Safety
    Consultants.
  • Two-day Manager/Supervisor/Key Leader training conducted by National Safety
    Consultants.
  • Two-hour process orientation conducted by your first-line supervisors.
  • Follow-up Safety Climate Surveys administered and analyzed by National Safety
    Consultants.

Option 2- is a shared administration approach and is designed for trained EHS
professionals and/or site facilitators.  Implementation process includes:

  • Safety Climate Surveys administered off-site and analyzed by National Safety
    Consultants.
  • One-day Senior Management alignment training conducted by National Safety
    Consultants.
  • Two-day on-site training for the site facilitators.   
  • Two-day Manager/Supervisor/Key Leader training conducted by your designated site
    facilitator(s) using a modular Power Point voice-over package.
  • One hour employee orientation conducted by your site facilitator(s).
  • Follow-up Safety Climate Surveys administered off-site and analyzed by National
    Safety Consultants.
  • Electronic training package for the site facilitator(s).
  • Electronic process implementation and monitoring tools.
  • Facilitators Delivery and Implementation Guide.
  • Process Resource Manual.

Note: This option requires a site licensing fee.  A Two-day Train the Trainer session for
